At Momento, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work when you shop at momentoprezios.com.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 90 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging where possible.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, or practical reasons, including:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or installed (unless faulty);
  • Products returned without original packaging or missing parts not due to our error;
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

This does not affect your rights in relation to items that are faulty, not as described, or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law.

3. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us at support@momentoprezios.com or through our live chat, with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

If your return is the result of our error — for example, you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item — we will cover the cost of return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer; our team will confirm the details when you start your return.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a reasonable number of business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within a few days of delivery — with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different option, contact us and we will let you know what’s available. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

8. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already shipped, it will be treated as a standard return once you receive it.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received an approved refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing can take additional time on their end. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@momentoprezios.com and we’ll help resolve it.

10. Your Consumer Rights

Our returns and refunds are offered in addition to the rights and remedies you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights.
